The report and accounts is published in portuguese and english and comprises the Annual Report of the Management Committee, the Balance Sheet, the Income Statement, the Notes, the opinion of the Board of Auditors of Banco de Portugal and the opinion of the external auditor.

According the law, not later than 31 March, the Fund shall submit for approval to the Minister of Finance its report and accounts as at 31 December of the previous year together with the opinion of the Board of Auditors of Banco de Portugal.

The Fund is also subject to the continuing supervision of the Court of Audit, pursuant to the legal provisions in force.
